Comment remplacer mon réchauffeur Balboa ?

AVERTISSEMENT!

Si vous n’avez aucune connaissance en électricité veuillez contacter un technicien pour remplacer votre réchauffeur pour vous. N’OUVREZ PAS LE SYSTÈME DU SPA ET N’ESSAYEZ PAS DE REMPLACER VOTRE RECHAUFFEUR VOUS-MÊME. Pensez à toujours déconnecter votre Spa en le disjonctant au tableau électrique. Ne remplacer pas votre réchauffeur avec des mains mouillés ou par temps de pluie.

ETAPE 1

Si votre Spa à des coins arrondis ou droit en PVC, déclipsez en tirant vers vous le bas, puis le haut. Vous aurez ensuite accès au vis du tablier, sur les cotés.
Si votre Spa à des coins arrondis en bois avec des lames verticales dévissez les vis, en enlevant les caches-vis.

Veuillez ouvrir votre Spa, en général, le boitier de commande Balboa se situe sous le panneau de contrôle.

ETAPE 2

Localisez et ouvrez votre boitier Balboa BP601

Utilisez un tournevis cruciforme pour retirer les 2 vis supérieures qui maintiennent le capot du système en place.

ETAPE 3

Localisez et enlevez les deux cosses correspondants aux sondes du réchauffeur situées à droite de la carte (marqué J16 et J17), vous pouvez vous aider à l’aide du schéma de câblage au dos du capot du boîtier Balboa.

ETAPE 4

Localisez et enlevez la cosse correspondant à l’alimentation du réchauffeur située à gauche de la carte (marqué 2 – 3), vous pouvez vous aider à l’aide du schéma de câblage au dos du capot du boîtier Balboa.

ETAPE 5

Localisez et fermez les deux vannes guillotines de chaque cotés du réchauffeur en les tournants d’un quart de tour.

ETAPE 6

Localisez et dévissez les deux bagues du réchauffeur, de l’eau concentrée dans le réchauffeur peut couler légèrement, prévoyez de quoi absorber cet excédant.

ETAPE 7

Localisez et dévissez à l’aide d’une clé plate de 10, les deux écrous de fixation du réchauffeur (un en haut et un en bas du réchauffeur).

ETAPE 8

Une fois le réchauffeur sorti, Répétez les étapes de 8 à 1 pour le remontage.
